On Friday, the winning numbers were chosen to win Mega Millions. The mega Millions jackpot prize of around $940 million.

Since no one had won in the preceding 23 drawings, the prize for Friday’s drawing increased to approximately $940 million with cash options of $483.5 million should the winner, or winners prefer to receive the prize in one lump amount.
If the drawing is any winner, it would be the sixth-largest lottery prize ever in U.S. history and the fourth-largest Mega Millions prize.
Since the year 2016, Two Powerball jackpots have exceeded $1.5 billion. Three Mega Millions jackpots have grown to over $1 billion. Two of these mega jackpots occurred in the last year.
