How to Recover Your Facebook Account Without Phone Number or Email

Have you lost access to your Facebook account? Don’t worry! In this video, we will show you how to recover your account even if you don’t have access to your phone number, recovery email, or password. There are two scenarios that we will address in this video. The first scenario is if you have access to your phone number or email but simply want to recover your password. The second scenario is if your account has been hacked and the hacker has changed your phone number, recovery email, and password. We will also address the issue of not seeing the “No longer have access?” option on the recovery page.

Scenario 1: Recovering Password with Phone Number or Email

If you have access to your phone number or email but want to recover your password, follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser and go to facebook.com.
  2. Enter your phone number, email, and password. If the hacker has changed these details, skip to the next scenario.
  3. If you can’t see any numbers on your account, simply enter your profile URL or copy the link and paste it in the phone number field. Remove any non-numeric characters from the URL.
  4. Ignore the password field and click on “Forgot Password?”
  5. You will be redirected to another page. Instead of entering your phone number, click on “Search by Email or Name”.
  6. Enter your full name and click on “Search”.
  7. Select your account from the search results.
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Scenario 2: Recovering Hacked Account

If your account has been hacked and the hacker has changed your phone number, recovery email, and password, follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser and go to facebook.com.
  2. If you’re logged in with another account, switch to the hacked account by copying its profile link.
  3. Click on the three dots next to the message or edit profile button on the hacked account’s profile.
  4. Copy the profile link.
  5. Paste the profile link in the phone number field on the recovery page. Delete any non-numeric characters from the URL.
  6. Ignore the password field and click on “Forgot Password?”
  7. On the next page, click on “Search by Email or Name”.
  8. Enter your full name and click on “Search”.
  9. Select your account from the search results.
  10. If you meet the necessary conditions (same network, same device, same location), you will be able to proceed with the recovery process.
  11. Follow the on-screen instructions to recover your account.

Note: If you don’t have the option to “No longer have access?”, make sure you meet the necessary conditions mentioned above. If your device has been changed or stolen, try to be in the same location or use the same network.
